2. Terms of sale

Who we are

These terms apply to purchases of The 2027 Planner for Decisions Worth Thinking Through (“the planner”) from ventureleap.co. The seller is Kroondijk Strategy Partners, Rue du Petit-Chene 4, 1820 Montreux, Switzerland, email patricia@ventureleap.co.

The planner

The planner is a printed, wire-bound A5 planner of 244 pages, dated for 2027. It is printed on demand and shipped by our print and fulfilment partner, Lulu. Product photos are illustrations; small colour differences between screen and print are normal.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order.

Your order

Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. It goes to print 24 hours after you order. Until then, email patricia@ventureleap.co and we will cancel it.

Shipping and delivery

Every planner is printed when you order it and shipped worldwide to the address you give at checkout, which may be a gift recipient’s address. Printing takes 10–15 working days on average. Delivery time and shipping cost depend on your country and the delivery option you choose, and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Deliveries outside the EU, including to Switzerland and the UK, may be charged import VAT or duties by the carrier on delivery; these are paid by the recipient and are not included in our price. Please check the address carefully; we cannot be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Team and bulk orders

For orders of 10 or more copies arranged by email, the price, delivery and payment terms we confirm to you in writing apply.

Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the planner, without giving a reason. To withdraw, use the “Withdraw from contract here” button below, send us the model withdrawal form at the end of these terms, or email patricia@ventureleap.co with a clear statement that you are withdrawing. Sending your withdrawal before the 14 days end is enough.

Send the planner back unused within 14 days of telling us, to Rue du Petit-Chene 4, 1820 Montreux, Switzerland. You pay the cost of returning it. We refund the price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using your original payment method. We may hold the refund until we receive the planner or proof that you sent it. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by using the planner beyond what is needed to look at it.

Withdraw from contract here

Damaged or misprinted planners

If your planner arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrectly bound, email patricia@ventureleap.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it at no cost. You do not need to send the damaged copy back.

Legal guarantee

If the planner is faulty, you have the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery. These terms do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

Liability

The planner is a tool for your own planning and reflection. It does not provide professional, financial or legal advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

3. Privacy policy

Who is responsible

Kroondijk Strategy Partners, Rue du Petit-Chene 4, 1820 Montreux, Switzerland (email patricia@ventureleap.co), is responsible for the personal data collected on ventureleap.co.

What we collect and why

  • Orders: your name, email, delivery address and order details, to print, ship and support your order. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Messages: what you send us by email or through the withdrawal form, to answer you and to handle withdrawals, returns and replacements.
  • Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up, to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email.
  • Website use: technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, to run the site securely. With your consent, Meta cookies, to measure and show our ads.

Legal basis

We process order and message data to fulfil your purchase, website data for our legitimate interest in running a secure site, newsletter and advertising data with your consent, and order records to meet our legal accounting duties.

Who we share data with

  • Lulu Press, Inc. (USA), to print and ship your order
  • Stripe (Ireland/USA), to process your payment
  • Webflow, Inc. (USA), which hosts this website and its forms
  • [Newsletter provider], to send the newsletter
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., for advertising, only with your consent

Some of these companies process data outside Switzerland and the EU, including in the USA. They do so under recognised safeguards, such as the EU–US and Swiss–US Data Privacy Frameworks or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 10 years, as required for accounting. Messages are kept for 2 years after your last contact. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email patricia@ventureleap.co. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or the authority in your EU country.
